Refund Policy – RR Soccer Training Inc.
At RR Soccer Training Inc., we are committed to providing high-quality training programs for all players. To ensure fairness and consistency for all families, the following Refund Policy applies:
1. Registration Fees

• All program registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once payment has been processed.

• This includes situations such as scheduling conflicts, player withdrawal, or personal circumstances.

2. Missed Classes

• Missed classes are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled, regardless of the reason (including illness, injury, vacation, or personal conflicts).

• Our programs are designed with limited capacity to provide quality training and cannot guarantee make-up sessions.

3. Program Cancellations by RR Soccer Training Inc.

• If RR Soccer Training Inc. cancels a class, session, or program due to weather, facility closures, or staff availability, we will make reasonable efforts to offer a make-up session.

• If an entire program (not just a single session) is canceled by RR Soccer Training Inc., families may be eligible for a pro-rated refund or credit toward future programs.

4. Injuries & Medical Exceptions

• In the event of a serious injury that prevents continued participation, parents/guardians may submit a written request for review along with a doctor’s note.

• At the sole discretion of RR Soccer Training Inc., a partial credit (not refund) may be issued toward a future program.

5. Special Events, Camps & Clinics

• Fees for special events, seasonal camps, or one-day clinics are non-refundable, as these require advance commitments for staffing and facility reservations.

6. Refund Request Procedure

• All requests must be submitted in writing to soccertrainingrr@gmail.com.

• Refunds or credits will only be considered under the circumstances outlined above.

• Approved refunds may take up to 14 business days to process.
